Mediation Fees In General

In General, the minimum time for a reserved mediation session is four hours.  The mediator’s time includes joint and private mediation sessions, telephone conferences and negotiations, document review and other preparation, including pre-mediation consultation with counsel or self represented parties before the mediation date and all post-session time spent by the mediator.     

Fees for mediation services of Lisa Garvin Copeland are:

2 parties                           $300/hr.

3 or more parties              $400/hr.
